Hair Force One was cleared for takeoff Thursday night.
Appearing on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Thursday, Donald Trump finally combed over any lingering doubts about the integrity of his hair, as Fallon giddily ruffled his head in one of the campaign’s lighter moments of late.

The interview, set to air on Thursday night’s show at 11:35 p.m., featured a laundry list of light topics, from the candidate’s musings on junk food to his past television shows.
Fallon, though, couldn’t resist making one last request before the night was over.
“Can I mess up your hair?” he gleefully said.
“The answer is yes,” Trump said, grimacing, “but the people in New Hampshire, where I’m going to be in about an hour, I hope they’re going to understand.”
During the taping, Trump said he was “trying not to” say any more “shocking things,” as Fallon described it.
He was also asked about the upcoming presidential debate, which gave Trump a chance to praise NBC’s Matt Lauer – who was criticized for his handling of last week’s national security forum featuring both presidential candidates – and send a warning signal to Lester Holt, one of the debate moderators.
“I look forward to next debate. I think it’s tough for Lester [Holt]. I thought Matt Lauer did a fantastic job and they’re trying to game the system,” Trump said, “trying to make it so Lester is really tough on me.”
Trump quipped that they should turn to the pre-Civil War era debate style, which featured no moderators.
“I said let’s not have a moderator, like Lincoln-Douglass, remember that one?” he mused.
